The project for the barn renovation involved creating a space that was both modern and functional, but had a traditional feel to it. The space was going to be used both for family life and work meetings, so had to be multifunctional and mix the owners different tastes. It was a joy to work on as they both had great taste and wanted to be involved in all decisions.

Fees
I offering 3 main services: Interior Design; Interior Styling; Holiday lets & home staging.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Basic package: £160 (1 room)
Initial 1 hour design consultation at your property is free.
I will then create detailed mood boards with the ideas
we discuss (up to 3) – along with a pinterest board and
accompanying notes. You will have full access to all the
suppliers/paint colours etc from this board and you are
then free to take the ‘project’ forwards yourself.
However, if you decide you want help with implementing the design, ordering fabrics, wallpaper etc, liaison with tradespeople, I charge £30p/h thereafter.
STYLING
Do you want to ‘reimagine or repurpose’ your space to suit your lifestyle and
budget but without spending much money? Sometimes just buying a few
cushions, adding a trim to your curtains, updating a lampshade and
reorganising your ‘clutter’ can make all the difference. Perhaps you don’t know
how to hang your artwork or want to make use of a family heirloom? Let me
help you work with the existing pieces you already have and we can declutter,
reorganise, reuse and renovate.
Projects quoted after a free 1 hour consultation.
Daily rate is £150-200.
HOLIDAY SALES & LETS/HOME STAGING
Do you need help to rent or sell your home or just refreshing your holiday let to give it a new and contemporary look? Sometimes a different ‘eye’ can help with a declutter, quick lick of paint or just changing your accessories and focal points to help increase your client base and charges.
Projects quoted after a free 1 hour consultation but as a rough guide, a day fee of £150 - 200 is often all that is needed to get a house ready for sale whilst increasing it’s value significantly.
I am happy to source items on my client’s behalf or we can go shopping together.
Travel beyond 10 miles quoted separately
